FRIENDS FARM AT BELEWS CREEK

It’s nice to be validated as a photographer. It’s not something I expect or ask for, but when it happens it means a lot to me, my craft, my art and all the late night hours poured into the business side of things. Photography has also been incredibly important and personal to me over the years. It’s allowed me to become a better person. It’s enabled me to travel the world and share stories. Since starting weddings, I have taken an honest joy in being present at weddings, and being able to give my skills and talents to someone else in the form of images, that will hopefully encapsulate a lifetime of memories. It feels like my job is complete. The wedding at Friends Farm was a special one, it was a warm winter day, and the small gathering of friends had a great vibe. I could tell they were all close and meaningful people in their lives. The beautiful bride told me how she dislikes images of herself, but the photography we captured at her wedding has had her looking endlessly at her new images! Thats about the nicest compliments I’ve ever received, and it made my both of our days a happy one.
